Newport News is loving Maria Gamundi’s dreamy ‘Selene,’ who gazes out at the James River from her perch in Museum Park. Across the ocean, people will enjoy another of Maria’s languid beauties, ‘Ninfea,’ who floats amid waterlilies. She will be in “Sculpture in the Garden” in the University of Leicester’s botanical gardens, June 15 – October 26.
