If you’ve seen Helaine Blumenfeld’s Spirit of Life in Newport News, VA, you might do a double take if you happen to be on Park Lane in London. There, near the Dorchester Hotel, is Spirit of Life II,  created in 2007. Thank  goodness, Newport News’s beautiful scuipture, installed at the entrance to Riverside Regional Medical Center on Warwick Boulevard in 2005, isn’t going anywhere.
