What an honor

Newport News Public Art Foundation Board member Patricia Franklin, Supervisor of the Visual and Performing Arts at Newport News Public Schools, was inducted into the National Art Education Association “Fellows.” This is an honor based on a lifetime of contributions to Art Education on local, state, and national levels. We are honored that she serves on our Board and shares her expertise with us.
