Please support us at 5% Giving Day on Thursday, January 11th! Do your weekly shopping, and enjoy a specially created Italian wine flight in the pub celebrating the fall 2018 sculpture installation, Man and Crocodile, created in Pietrasanta, Italy by Sicilian sculptor Girolamo Ciulla.

Funds from this 5% Giving Day will support the installation of this sculpture in Newport News Park. Man and Crocodile draws on Egyptian mythology, in which crocodiles had a major presence. Crocodile benches on a plaza will invite visitors to get up close and touch the sculpture while appreciating a sense of antiquity and mystery.
